Great idea. In the same way that sites like Craigslist and AutoTrader have taken us from newspaper classifieds to global online classifieds, video sharing sites like YouTube are a fantastic resource for "advertising" real estate to the world. Something tells me that you're going to see more and more homeowners doing this. Congrats!
